Part (II) Registration Procedures and Requirements
(i)
Companies without digital certificates - limited access and utilisation
of information and e-Services provided under E-Account
- The Company to complete
a registration form, SC001
(pdf fillable form).
- The Company to forward
the completed form together with a copy of its Hong Kong Business Registration
Certificate to the Customer Service Counter of the Strategic Trade Controls
Branch at Room 516B, 5/F, Trade and Industry Department Tower, 700 Nathan
Road, Kowloon, Hong Kong.
- After process, the Trade
and Industry Department will notify the Company by a registered letter
of the pair of Login ID and Password assigned to his E-Account.
- Upon receipt the Department's
letter, the Company can start activate its E-Account and become an E-Holder.

(ii)
Companies which have subscribed digital certificates - Full access and
utilisation of information and e-Services provided under E-Account
- The Company to complete
Form SC042 (pdf fillable
form) to -
- register and authorise a maximum of 5 personnel to access information
and utilise services provided under the E-Account on behalf of the Company;
and
- agree and undertake compliance with the conditions of use of E-Accounts.
- The Company to forward
the completed form together with a copy of its Hong Kong Business
Registration Certificate or the latest Annual Return to the Customer
Service Counter of the Strategic Trade Controls Branch at Room 516B,
5/F, Trade and Industry Department Tower, 700 Nathan Road, Kowloon,
Hong Kong.
- After process, the Trade
and Industry Department will notify the Company by a registered letter
of the pair of Login ID and Password assigned to his E-Account.
- Upon receipt the Department's
letter, the Company can start activate its E-Account and becomes an
E-Holder. (Details at Part (V)).
