- To enable companies engaged in the import and export of strategic commodities in Hong Kong to have access to services provided by this website, e.g. to be notified of new information of their choice in the web, processing status of their licence applications etc, companies are invited to register for E-accounts.
- To get an E-Account, the companies should first register with the Strategic Trade Controls Branch by completing a registration form (pdf format). The completed form together with a copy of the Hong Kong Business Certificate should be submitted to the Customer Service Counter of the Strategic Trade Controls Branch at Room 516B, 5/F, Trade and Industry Department Tower, 700 Nathan Road, Kowloon, Hong Kong. After processing, a registered letter with the E-Account's login number and password will be issued to the registrant.
