Note:

The control list below reflects items under control as of 2010. With effect from 3 January 2012, further amendments have been made to control list. The amendments are set out in the Import and Export (Strategic Commodities) Regulations (Amendment of Schedule 1) Order 2011 which is available at (Legal Supplement No.2 of the Gazette Published on 18 November 2011 (No.46 Vol.15). Traders are recommended to refer to the amendments as well so as to obtain the latest information on the control status of individual items.
