The Strategic Trade Controls Circular No.10/02 which contains the updated list of the authorized signatures has been posted to the Strategic Commodities Control System Website under the section 'Useful Publications'. Future updates will also to posted to this website for general reference. If you wish to get a paper copy of the specimen signatures, you may come in person to the Customer Service Counter of Strategic Trade Controls Branch at Rm 516B, 5/F, Trade and Industry Department Tower, send a fax to us at 2396 3070, or call us at 2398 5575.
