Additional Counter Service at Integrated Customer Service Centre
This circular announces for general information that one additional counter service of the Trade and Industry Department will be accommodated in the Integrated Customer Service Centre (the “Centre”) with effect from 8 August 2022 (Monday).

2. The following counter service will be relocated into the Centre to facilitate the trade to receive various customer services under one roof.
- Receipt and Issue Counters for Strategic Commodities Import / Export Licences / Pre-classification / Related Applications
( Remark: The counter in Room 1619 on 16/F of the Tower will remain open for services by appointment only)
3. Please refer to Annex for details of the licensing, certification and registration services provided by the Centre.
