Part (II) Registration Procedures and Requirements

The Company to complete Form SC042 (pdf fiddable form) to

- register E-Account;

- register and authorise a maximum of 5 personnel to access information and utilise services provided under the E-Account on behalf of the Company (for companies which have subscribed recognised digital certificates); and

- agree and undertake compliance with the conditions of use of E-Accounts.

The Company to forward the completed form together with a copy of its Hong Kong Business Registration Certificate to the Integrated Customer Service Centre (address : Room 1324, 13/F, Trade and Industry Tower, 3 Concorde Road, Kowloon City, Hong Kong) or submit the completed form signed with valid organisational digital certificate by email to stc@tid.gov.hk.

After process, the Trade and Industry Department will notify the Company by sending a pair of Login ID and Password assigned to his E-Account through local registered mail.

Upon receipt the Department's letter, the Company can start activate its E-Account and becomes an E-Holder. (Details at Part (V)).
